If the invitation was anything to go by, Kinder Aggugini’s nod to the Wild Wild West should have been more than apparent. The fashion world seems to have turned their focus on the arid terrains and dust-bowl settings for some reason. However, this translates into a riot of sparkles, glitter and color at the hands of Kinder.
Always the one to seek reinvention, Kinder themed his show ‘Appropriation’, which would have implied a schizophrenic melange of prints, colors, motifs, fabrics, what-have-you; but these came together in perfect harmony on the catwalk.
